Sunday Salad

Let us start with our dressing first! Some Extra Virgin Olive Oil, left over White or Red wine in your fridge and Pepper Powder.

Pick the veggies you would like to have in your salad from the left over in the fridge over the week. Put them in a trey and sprinkle some Olive oil. Slide the trey in your over at 180* for 20 minutes.

 

 

Also cut some left over bread in pieces and roast it dry in the toaster for 10 minutes

Once the veggies are roasted, remove the skin off Capsicum, Onions etc. chop the lot into cubical pieces.

Add the roasted bread in the dressing bowl, add the roasted veggies and mix properly and quickly.

Garnish the bowl with some Basil Leaves and your ready to serve. Very wholesome and healthy salad, can be enjoyed with your glass of wine or just a slice of Pizza.
